In order to keep healthy, we need to burn calories by doing exercise. Exercise may not be the most existing plan in your mind but consider the benefits to your body. Just think about how you want to live your life in the next year with your family. Don’t take excuses that you don’t have time go to the gym or membership fee is too expensive. Walking is also the best exercise for Cardio, it doesn’t need high intensity but effectively burning your fat. Start it for 20 minutes a day and increase by 10 minutes each week. If you bored then change the course every week. By walking regularly you gain more energy, more active in social, decrease the risk of heart disease, and the more fat you will lose.
